This Scania L8046-BEK Vabis tipper from 1968 is in original and good condition and is built on a heavy ladder chassis with leaf suspension, designed for high loads and a long service life.
The L series was the last generation of Scania trucks with the distinctive nose, before the switch to front-wheel drive cabs.
Despite this transition, the L models remained in production for many years.
The robust L-series trucks were popular in road construction, sand and gravel transport, and heavy local transport, and were known for their strong chassis, simple technology, and high pulling power.
Many of these trucks easily exceeded one million kilometers, contributing to Scania's reputation for durability.
